Staying in Alignment With Your Vision

As a visionary, you may have a difficult time articulating the vision you have for your company. Because of this, it is so important to keep open communication with your 2nd in command so they can see the same picture of the vision as you and execute accordingly. This week’s episode 68 of Female Founders Breaking Boundaries is about staying in alignment with your vision!

Have you ever felt like you were WAY too busy, stressed out, burnt out, and overwhelmed, so you were advised to delegate some tasks to take things off your plate and free up some time? Sometimes, simply delegating tasks doesn’t work and instead shifts your workload from “doing” to “managing.”
